The first parts of this book were really engaging and well done. It went downhill from there--from making me stop and think and pulling at me emotionally to just being flat. After the first few I was sure I'd keep it once I made it through. By the end, making it through was due to meh rather than emotion and the majority of the book is meh, so...but the start had several excellent entries.
