I might not be far enough along in my yoga therapist journey with only 600 hours under my belt, but I found this book repetitive. It could have been condensed into a much smaller volume with a focus on what was contained in the last few pages. There are some good studies discussed but the overwhelming conclusion was that more needs to be done.

i loved the details provided in the book. the research is intense and removes all the biases. it is purely oriented towards finding the truth.
