Phyllis Moorman has lived and worked in Colorado most of her life. She is an author and publisher, having worked in self-publishing for over 20 years. Her publishing experience extends from textbooks to research; from novels to poetry. She has authored five books of poetry and a how-to book on self-publishing.
She is co-owner of Raven Books, a publishing company and retail outlet for books.

She is also an artist and has had exhibits and works sold in the Grand Junction, Colorado area. Nature comes alive with her paintings, whether it's watercolor, pastel, oil, or alcohol ink as the medium.
