I love this series. I'm going to miss it, now that all the brothers are married. Hannibal is the last of them to find a wife/mate. If he doesn't find one soon, the guys will lose the ranch! So everyone thought it would be a good idea to put Hannibal's picture in the paper saying this wealthy rancher was looking for a wife (without telling him). As you can imagine, women came out of the woodwork to marry him. What a hoot when the brother in charge of security let one woman in. She came in a wedding dress and brought a priest! Then there was the man who dressed/acted like a woman, hoping to marry him.
Mikki suggested a way to get the women and his family off his back. He could pretend to be engaged. Mikki agreed to be his fake fiancee - for a price. This plan goes well until his bear bonds with Mikki and their feelings get involved. Neither of them expected that to happen. Mikki was a good actress, having fun in her role as his fiancee, never thinking it could become real.
The Vegas should have known things were too good to be true. General Sampson sent The Clawed Squad to take them out. The Vegas were not about to let that happen. Especially when their mates could be harmed.
Like all the books in this series, I enjoyed it. I would have rated it higher but decided on 3.5 stars because there was lots of steamy sex, which is not my thing. But if you like heat in your stories, then you'll love this book.
Mikki suggested a way to get the women and his family off his back. He could pretend to be engaged. Mikki agreed to be his fake fiancee - for a price. Hannibal was the last brother left to marry to be able to keep the ranch. Miki agreed to help him by pretending to be his wife but feelings surface and when his bear bonds with her they both decide to make it real, but when his past comes to kill him and his brothers Hannibal makes a deal give them some of the land but the military has other plans. Miki has a secret of her own and when she tells them it is her father who wants them dead she helps and her father pays the price. just when they thought all was well they get thrown for a loop because they gave some of the land to the Claw crew they now have to get married for them to keep the ranch. now to tell the crew

Ever since Hannibal's sister-in-law wrote an article about his single status and his need to get married his life has been hell. Women show up at his families home with crazy ideas or he is on the dates from hell. When his latest date is clearly gone awry, the feisty waitress who has no problem laughing at his expenses suggests he find a pretend fiancee. Making a deal that could shake the devil, Mikki agrees to be Hannibal's fake fiancee but what happens when their feelings get involved?
This was a lot of fun. Enjoyed Mikki she is sassy and playing up the whole idea getting a kick out of making Hannibal cringe. I need to go back and read the rest of the books as I think it would fill in a few gaps. Overall could be read separately though. Entertaining story.

Another great story, to this series. It full of action packed adventure. Lots of laughter and kick ass hero. Great romance.

Refusing to look for a mate forces the rest of the family to take drastic measures and post Hannibal as Montana's Most Eligible Bachelor. Hannibal is slowly losing his mind as money-hungry women turn up everywhere attempting to marry him for his money.
Mikki works in the local bar and is just settling down to life in the spectacular state of Montana.
Everything is going well for the first time in ages until she suggests to Hannibal he gets a pretend fiancé. Mikki just didn’t mean her.
Hannibal and Mikki's fake engagement slowly turns into real feelings but a person from Mikki’s life threatens everything and drastic action must be taken.
I am not condoning what happened at the end but I must agree I could see no other course of action that would not result in retaliation.
Great conclusion to these brothers and I loved the introduction of the Clawed Squad. Will be reading them next.

Hannibal is the strategist, the planner in the family. His love of words and quotes have him tattooing his body with his favourites.
But planning to ask a woman to marry him! And as quick as possible! This one is going to take serious planning.
Hannibal thought he’d have it sorted by now, but he’s the last, even his grumpy brother is having better luck than him! So putting it out for the world to see his availability seemed like a good idea at the time.....
Hannibal has had enough, he just wants a little peace, and no mentions of mates!
I liked Mikki, a level headed woman, her comment about being a bride of convenience for Hannibal was only suppose to be a joke!
But the more time they specs with each other, has them thinking it could be more than pretend.
But with outside forces coming ever closer to the Vega brothers, it won’t really matter if he doesn’t go through with it.

Great story
I loved every minute of each book. Hannibal is a really cool dude and even cooler bear, big, brawny, sexy and smart, what's not to love. Add in a plush and sexy human with a crazy cruel father and strange things happen.

An author high-fiving themselves always rubs me the wrong way. We are already reading your book why are you promoting yourself again within it...
This book was very predictable from the very first chapters. I don’t understand how they can keep killing people and no one is asking questions.

Fun series

WOW! OMG! :D! I love love this series! I absolutely love shifters but Bears are definitely my favorite! I will never get tired of reading Kim Fox books. I laugh so much reading this fourth book. I received a ARC of this book to read and to give my honest opinion in a review. This is Vega Brothers: Hannibal BBW Paranormal Romance Reluctant Bride The Bear Shifters of Vega Ranch book 4. The storyline is fascinating and is very emotional with a little twist on how the characters meet. The flow of words is so great and the pace of the story is just right. Kim Fox is truly gifted and so very talented and creative. The storyline is Magnificent and well written. I enjoyed the storyline so much I couldn't put my tablet down. But from the first page to the last I was memorized. The characters are engaging, fabulous and fantastic. The dialogue is passionate, realistic, and you will love the interaction between the main characters, the chemistry is scorching hot and they leap off the page with life that's so real. The scenes description are vivid, beautiful picturesque and dynamic with lots passion. All 4 of these books can be read as a stand alone but they are a FANTASTIC series. This is a another great story of Vega Brothers. This is why I enjoyed it so much!

I really enjoying reading the Vega Brothers series. I laugh so much my side was hurting :D! But of coarse I'm a hopeless romantic and this book will give you all the romance you want and so much more. Now if you don't like paranormal romance be warn this is a lovely HEA. But if you don't like this kind of genre then this won't be the book for you. But I think you will enjoy every word and agree with me that it's worth it. This is a great book to add to your TBR list. I'm so excited about reading the next book in this series. I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone. It needs to be on your must read list.

Loved the ending to this 4 part series! It isn't over for the Vega brothers yet. I have a feeling that trouble is on its way in a big way.
Hannibal, just like his brothers, resisted finding a mate. His new sister-in-law takes matters into her own hands and posts a front page article on the most eligible bachelor in town. The next day Hannibal is inundated with e-mails, phone calls, and visits from women everywhere! Agreeing to meet with one of them he can't believe his luck when a man in drag shows up. Mikki, his waitress, makes a proposal....she will pretend to be his mate for a nice fee. Fate takes over and Hannibal and Mikki bond for real, much to their surprise.

1000 STARS!!! 5 STARS JUST DOES NOT DO THIS BOOK JUSTICE!!!
I really didn’t think it was possible to get this book better than Alexander, but Kim Fox did it with ease! She never ceases to amaze me with her writing abilities which are GREAT! I would just love to blab about the whole book. I kept trying to figure out how she was going to let Hannibal find his match and it be different from the other three brothers, and I have to say how she did it was AWESOME!!! I never would have thought of taking that way about it. Her story line rocks as do the characters. You are going to laugh (so hard you cry), you are going to get all hot and bothered (the sex is ….), you are going to want to kick some ASS, and then you are going to wonder why in the hell you cannot find you a HUNKY BEAR SHIFTER!! I want one so bad! Oh trust me on this one…. you’re not going to want to miss it. I sent my niece a copy, and she doesn’t even read paranormal books. It’s that good. A recommend read for mature readers 18 years of age are older because of the explicit sex….and boy is it HOT!

After the ad placed in the newspaper by his sister in law Elena naming him the Most Eligible Bachelor in Montana. His brothers are pressuring him to get married and because of the ad he has crazed, money hungry women banging at his door. He just really doesn’t want a mate and everybody just won’t leave him alone, they keep trying to shove someone down his throat.
Mikki is a curvy woman with dark hair, that has blue tips. She has just barely been settled in Colwood, Montana for a few weeks. She has a job at the Call of the Wild Bar that she likes a lot. It was all going really well until she makes a suggestion to a really frustrated Hannibal over the date he was supposed to meet but she wasn’t what she claimed to be. After that fiasco Hannibal is willing to try anything, even Mikki’s suggestion of a pretend engagement. He takes her up on it and now her nice new life is all wonkers.
Hannibal and Mikki go all out to make everybody believe the engagement, they even purchase a 19,000-dollar engagement ring, that Mikki just can’t bring herself to wear. Their feelings for each other start to become more real and two of them are bonding when Hannibal is yanked from the room by Khan. Seems that their past has come back to haunt them, and there is a military threat now on the brothers. Are their feelings for each other acting or real? With the threat of the Clawed Squad now imminent, is it even going to matter if they have real feelings for them?

Kim Fox's Vega Brothers series has been wonderful to read. Hannibal was just as amazing as the other brothers books. Hannibal is the bookworm brother. He loves to read. He enjoys loves literature so much that when he reads a quote he likes he has it tattooed on his body. Of course his brothers give him hell about it. Hannibal is the last of the Vega brothers to have to get mated and married in order to inherit the family ranch. Of course he procrastinated so long that Elena is sister in law and reporter decided to write a story about him and publish it the New York Gazette proclaiming him Montana's Most Eligible Bachelor. Hannibal doesn't want a mate but what's he to do? After going out on date after date with one crazy, gold digging, sometimes not even a woman date he's had enough. He comes up with a plan. He just needs someone to fake marry him.
Mikki is a waitress at the local bar. She loves living in Montana. Of course she knows about the Vega brothers having to get married to save the ranch. She has witnessed first hand the arrival of several of Hannibal's dates since she works at the local bar. She finds it hilarious that Hannibal is suffering through his crazy dates. When Hannibal tells her he's decided to find a fake wife she offers to help him...for a price. Hannibal is so desperate that he agrees without giving it a second thought.
The story of their courtship, engagement and possible "marriage" is hilarious, heartwarming and full of friendship and love. It is also fill of twist. The general is back and wants his pound of flesh. New Shifters are in town...Will they do the general's bidding or will they help the Vega brothers? Wait till you meet Mikki's dad. Hannibal is the perfect story for the conclusion of the Vega brothers search for mates. Thankfully it's not the end of the story. This story was just too good to end in only four books. I think everyone will love the twist Kim Fox added to the story.

When Hannibal tells her he's decided to find a fake wife she offers to help him...for a price. Hannibal is so desperate that he agrees without giving it a second thought.
The story of their courtship, engagement and possible "marriage" is hilarious, heartwarming and full of friendship and love. It is also fill of twist. The general is back and wants his pound of flesh. New Shifters are in town...Will they do the general's bidding or will they help the Vega brothers? Wait till you meet Mikki's dad. Hannibal is the perfect story for the conclusion of the Vega brothers search for mates. Thankfully it's not the end of the story. This story was just too good to end in only four books. I think everyone will love the twist Kim Fox added to the story.

I received this for a honest review. I have so enjoyed this series. Each book concerning the Vega Brothers has been amazing. I knew that Hannibal was going to be amazing but I was not prepared for how good it truly was.
It is sort of funny Hannibal is the laid back one. He seemed to be okay the thought they were going to have to get married to keep the farm, well until it came down to him. Let’s just say he started to get a little nervous and who can blame him. Between his brothers and their wives melting and the type of women he was having to show up you can’t blame him. I laughed so hard when he met Cindy oh and nots let forget Amanda (priceless). Brace yourself you will not be able to hold in the laughter.
I think Mikki was a pleasant surprise. She was the bartender at the bar he was meeting Amanda at and oh the enjoyment that Mikki got out of the situation. Her this beautiful BBW had to go and open her mouth about him finding a pretend bride. I bet she never dreamed that he would talk her into being just that.
I loved reading about Mikki and Hannibal getting to know each other. The little flirtations and games they played. Both were having fun at this pretend engagement. Both were having to hid the feelings that they were developing for each other. When Hannibal’s bear recognized Mikki as his mate it was game on.
As you probably guess we have not heard the last of General Samson. I truly hate that man. He has decided to take out the Vega brothers. General Samson has sent other shifters to take them out. This does not go well. The Vega Brothers will fight for their family and for their lives. They will not go down easy.
There are few surprises throughout this story and a few little treats along the way. So brace yourself for laughter and falling in love with the Vega Brothers all over again.

OMG !!!! Did I expect anything less Ms. Kim really did it an explosive ending Oh My God I can't believe it I almost didn't make it through to the end, the suspense, the mystery, the adventure, you'll just never believe the end.

Backfired
Kim Fox has always been a favourite paranormal author of mine, "Hannibal" is the perfect example of why so many people love jumping into the world she creates, as they find themselves bonding so deeply with the tenacious character's who find themselves caught up all types of dramatic action.
Hannibal finds himself cornered by the wishes of his father's will, so trying to slide past his dad's requests by cheating, he suddenly finds himself getting pulled into a situation he never believed he could want.
Mitzy cannot believe her luck as she finds herself caught in the charade she had created, knowing she was coming out of this deal well ahead in her bank but totally unaware how easily she was getting caught in the game she had suggested.
A storyline that gives you the perfect example of character's who are convinced the choices and commitment they live by, are the safest, and by far the most uncomplicated way to live their lives without the hassles of dealing with a partner.
Mystery with plenty of dramatic action develop throughout Hannibal's attempts at bypassing his dad's request, as he finds destiny has her own way of doing things, will he be cornered??
Boy does he get caught in his own deception. You cannot help chuckling as Hannibal finds he's digging himself into a corner, one he's not sure he wants to escape from.
You find yourself visualising the intricate details Ms Fox is so well known for, as her talented descriptive style let's you jump feet first into the world Hannibal is determined live in, without all the rules and restrictions. Yep he is definitely in for a huge shock. A terrific read that gives you a perfect example of destiny always getting her own way.

This book had me laughing and chuckling through out. Hannibal decides he will do things somewhat differently. :) He’ll pay for a bride and then once the Ranch is back in the four brothers hands, he will go his separate way from the makeshift bride.
We meet Mikki, she’s obviously running from her past and has settled in the town with a job at the local bar. Happy with her new life. She does get a call from her ‘father’ and I did guess pretty quickly, just who he was/is!! ;)
She enjoys the fun had with Hannibal as she leads him along as the makeshift bride to be. He’s not so sure and fears the worst of his eager mate to be. It was fun reading their banter and their thoughts.
It’s only after more intimate moments, that the two do bond and their feelings for each other become more real. No longer just for show and the Ranch.
There is a visit from some of the brothers old Squad, sent by the General to make sure they do actually return to service, despite Elena’s previous threats. There is some action and the man himself shows up, and to the shock of the Brothers. Can’t say too much here but it’s gripping and tense, mixed with sadness and then a future to look forward to.
The little bit at the end, had me laughing out loud, tears in my eyes at the irony of the will and their new neighbours!! Loved that bit Kim Fox. :) There were many moments that had me chuckling away and laughing during the series, but now I can’t wait for the next collection and the fun we shall enjoy with those!!! :)

Vikki is a waitress at a small town bar. Content with her life but she can't help craving for love. When Hannibal the sexiest of the Vega brothers comes up with an offer she can't refuse, who is she to turn him down, too bad it's all business.
I absolutely loved this story. I've read the series since the beginning, loving each brother's story. But I couldn't wait to read Hannibal's story and this one set so many things to rest. Of course the last sexy Vega brother is left looking for a mate and everyone around him getting too many laughs because of it. It was such fun watching Hannibal and Vikki find their way. I loved the energy Vikki brought to the story and how her saucy no-holds-bar attitude got her exactly what she was looking for. The chemistry between these two was sexy and will keep you reading to distraction! The twists of the story were exciting and led me to devour this story quickly. I also appreciated how the author opened it up for a new spin off series, because these characters are worth revisiting and the new ones sound like a riot. I also love that these stories are quick to read, because most of the time i just don't have the opportunity to carve out hours upon hours for a book. So if you are in the market for a sexy shifter romance then shop no further this one is wonderful. And you won't won't to miss the other stories as well!

This is the last book in the Vega Brothers Series and it has a surprise ending. I laugh so much reading this fourth book. The story is hilarious, fantastic and full of friendship, love, and it is also fill of twists. You will love the interaction between the main characters and the chemistry is scorching hot and they leap off the page with life that's so real. I think everyone will love the twist Kim Fox added to the story.

Okay, one brother left to marry off then the ranch is theirs free and clear! All four brothers had to find a mate within a year to meet the requirements of their father's will. His procrastination has cost him—his sister-in-law plastered his face and financial status on the front page of a major paper advertising him as most eligible.. Yep, now he has lots of prospects. Lots and lots and lots.
But Hannibal is smart and comes up with a plan—at least to take care of the obnoxious, money grubbing prospects. I love his plan and his cohort. When you least expect... with whom you least expect.....All things are going well, but that would be too easy. ENTER: old villain, new threat.
This is a serious threat. One that is not just aimed at the bear shifting brothers, but their families as well. Can they eliminate the threat? At what cost? And if they do is that the end of the problem?
To answer those questions would spoil the story for you. I will say that if you like the bad guys to get theirs you are going to be happy. You will also be happy with the news from the author if you enjoy these characters. (Oh and by the way Liam is still squealing when bad words are spoken)
This was probably my favorite story of the series. Loved the humor, feelings and problem-solving skills of the guys, the acceptance of the women and let us not forget the steam. Enjoy. I did.

hannibal is brother number four but he's as reluctant as ever. but then elena stepped in, wrote an article about him and all hell broke loose. women from all over the place were texting, calling, mailing and even appearing on his doorstep.
he did not want a mate!!!
in a final effort his sister-in-law convinces him to go on one date in town. things went from bad to nuclear proportions bad. his last date showed up, hairy from top to bottom, low voice, adamsapple poking out, blond wig askew and one of the fake boobs aka coconuts falling out.
the waitress had a nice idea and hannibal didn't know how fast he could jump on that idea.
mikki had suggested taking a fake fiancée , she didn't think hannibal would proposition her on the spot. but she was tight on money and well she did have a small crush on him.
what started out as pretending, turns into a lot more and when his bear actually bonds to mikki things are taken to another level.
but danger is lurking around the corner as a certain general can't face the fact "his" squad has quit their job. he sends in one of his other shifter teams to take care of the vega brothers once and for all!
if you think that is the end of it, you better go pick up the book and read for yourself. i'm pretty sure we're in for another fabulous ride of shifters with an edge to them ;-)

Hannibal is the man of the hour. He is Montana's most eligible bachelor as posted in a New York newspaper. Now he has brides coming out of the woodwork and some not so much. It is hilarious when a dude tries to pass himself off as a bride for Hannibal's' attention. He figures that if he gets a fake bride that he can get out of this whole mess. Mikki is the waitress from the restaurant and is only in it for the money, but things begin changing and she starts to really like Hannibal. As always, the General starts showing up and starts creating havoc. I won't give you a spoiler on this part because you really need to see what the General does and how the Vega brothers solve the problem. I really enjoyed this book. It was a fast read but that could have been because I couldn't put it down. The author grabs your attention and you have to see where it goes. These are single stories, but it helps if you read them in order so you know what happens. I see a new series coming our way from the Clawed Squad which you will meet in this story. I think they are going to be even harder to convince to agree to the terms of the Vega Brother's dad's will. Read and enjoy. You can't help but laugh with them. Lots of little surprises and awesome.

Oh dear it's Hannibal's turn and it's raining women!
Hannibal is the youngest intelectual Vega brother and he is going bat crazy with all the women that want to marry him.. His sister in law Elena plastered his face on the front cover of a newspaper claiming him the Most Eligable Bachelor cause he has been dragging his feet and time is running out... They will lose the ranch! He then gets the wonderful idea to fake his marriage, problem is his bear hadn't really noticed the girl with the bright idea until now and he decides he really wants her.
Mikki is happy waitressing at the Call of the Wild, until she gets the bright idea of that hot Vega boy faking his marriage to her forf some much needed cash. Now she wants to spend her time jumping his bones. Problem is her daddy, he will just not stay away from her and he is bad news, he hates shifters with a passion. Her daddy is non other than General Samson!

The Vega Brothers has been a hoot to read, I absolutely loved all the strories!
Hannibal is the youngest intelectual Vega brother and he is going bat crazy with all the women that want to marry him.. His sister in law Elena plastered his face on the front cover of a newspaper claiming him the Most Eligable Bachelor cause he has been dragging his feet and time is running out... They will lose the ranch! He then gets the wonderful idea to fake his marriage, problem is his bear hadn't really noticed the girl with the bright idea until now and he decides he really wants her.
Mikki is happy waitressing at the Call of the Wild, until she gets the bright idea of that hot Vega boy faking his marriage to her forf some much needed cash. Now she wants to spend her time jumping his bones. Problem is her daddy, he will just not stay away from her and he is bad news, he hates shifters with a passion. Her daddy is non other than General Samson!

Hannibal is the final brother to find a mate to ensure they get the deed to their family home, and is losing his mind with all the money hungry women showing up or calling. He sees that his brothers are happy, but still refuses to take a mate. Until he's roped into meeting one of those "women" at the town bar. Only she's a he... and Mikki and Hannibal begin flirting. Eventually, they agree to have a fake engagement to get his family off his back. Only... it starts to grow into something more. Always on the back burner, and I knew it was going to come a head in the final book after Alexander thwarted the General's orders, he would be back. The Vega Brothers are finally able to get the threat off their back and get the deed to the ranch. Or do they? They are thrown a curveball. Hannibal and Mikki are great together and this a fun story, plus we get to meet the Clawed Squad for the first time. They're going to be such fun characters, especially watching Alexander and Stetson posturing.
