This story is hot! The story may be short but it does wrap up leaving just enough to your imagination. Nice read.

Swindled is the first standalone short story in the Close Contact series.

This was a short hot read that tickled your naughty bits.

As always Megan has a way to frame her characters and the women are always strong and independent with just that much softness and naughty. The men come across as yum boats and while portraying their alphaness we get to glimpse at their softer side.

Sweet hot ride... your only issue is the shortness of the journey as you want for more but you can't complain because going in you knew it was a glimpse. That said I wouldn't mind if it even becomes a full blown novel.

This was a fun, quick, explicit read. Harper is after Magnus but she doesn't quite catch him the way she was planning to. I liked this quick and dirty read. It is really short, easy to read on a lunch break or if you just have 30 minutes or less. It's definitely explicit and with it's length doesn't have a lot of build up, but it fits if that's what you are expecting. I had fun reading it and thought it was well written.

This is a short story about Harper who tries to arrest Magnus Declan at an art gallery. Unfortunately he fooled her but makes her hot when she catches him fucking someone in the restroom. He wants her and shows up at her apartment. What will Harper do with him now?

4stars. A really short hot steamy read but the author still managed to create characters that are far from flat and two dimensional. By the end end of this story you are rooting for these characters to carry on with their intense connection and take their relationship further. Enjoyable short story recommended.

Swindled was a fast read but it pulled me in none the less. With just the right amount of mystery and intriguing characters, I couldn't wait to see where the story would lead me. If you've never read Mitcham before, this story will give you a slight taste of what you can expect, decent suspense, steamy moments, and connections that will pull your right in and keep you hooked.

This is the first book in a series of sexy shorts by one of my favorite authors. Don't worry because Ms Mitcham still manages to pack a whole lot in a short time. I really liked Harper and Magnus. Can't wait to read the next book.
