Personally, I just don't agree with the tactic. I highlighted some things that I could relate to. There was only a little here that I was motivated by. Everyone is different though, so I still think it's worth a read if you're struggling with compulsive overeating.
Meh. Lots of ‘higher power’ bs - too much for my taste. Not much help when you are expect to turn everything over to your invisible friend, ultimately never accepting full responsibility… thought it would be more helpful. 2/5 stars
