Good, solid explanation of oils, their composition and application. He gives a good background of oils and guidance in blending. The book rather lacks the "poetry" or "verve" of oils, for which I turned to Susanne Fishcher-Rizzi's book, "Complete Aromotherapy Handbook." Take together, these two books complement each other nicely.

A very nice book about aromatherapy. I really enjoyed it and learned a lot about mixing essential oils that I use in my everyday life. Great work!
