I learned a lot about a little known part of the world. There are many influences there from native, Chinese, Malay, Spanish, Japanese, and American. The food sounds bad. I don't like rice and the delicacies sound ghastly, for example, a duck egg with the duckling inside. (Yuck) I am not that adventurous.
