I picked this read up as I have read other material by Hazelden publishing and found them uplifting and helpful for my mental health.

This one deals specifically with drug and substance abuse and the process by which an individual can get to being “clean” and living a happy and successful life! This is obtained by practicing the 12 Steps and going to Narcotics Anonymous meetings along with helpful tips such as getting a sponser.

All in all, very interesting book and I think it will be quite helpful for those struggling in this area of addiction.
