One of the books you must read. These are accounts and stories and famous and non-famous people before they died....what they saw, felt, realized. My favorite is Charles Darwin's account in which it is accounted that he renounced all of his theories of evolution and confessing that the bible had in fact been true. There are also accounts of kings, queens, historical figures. You hear stories of those entering heaven being guided by angels and those who have departed before them and you also have those about to enter he'll being terrorized by demons and dark figures chasing them into darkness. Truly haunting and beautiful at the same time. They provide us with more proof of two distinct worlds, eternity and the one true God.

I'm surprised this book isn't more popular ... very gripping to read. If the next edition removes some of the King James vocabulary and is promoted internationally, it would be well-received. Somebody should contact the publisher Whitaker House!

The stories of the victorious deaths of believers was extremely edifying, while the deaths of the non-believers were heart breaking. Believe in Jesus while He is able to be found!
