She is truly the best! I love all the information she puts out there. I don't have a cleaning company neither plan to have one right now but it is so cool to read about it. The book is clear and Angela is straight to the point and very practical author. What I liked the most are the polite fixed phrases to use with clients. If I ever needed, I would come back to it in the future.
The only thing I suggest as improvement is updating the links because some of them did not work.

Very Easy to understand
The boom was straight to the point and covered everything I wondered about. Also, all the links to the worksheets and flyers were very helpful. It saves so much time and gets right to the point as well.
