Not one of her better books. The story between Kiichi and Fumichika seems so rushed, and the plot twists with the sick cat and the former childhood friend don't go anywhere and make little to no sense. The addition of Yuu, a trans girl in love with a divorced salary man, never went anywhere either. The situational comedy of living in a communal home has been done so many times before, and so much better. Just a disappointing book.
