A book like this would be better if it had something behind it -- an attempt to teach something more. As it is, it's just empty calories that make kids smile briefly because they get to talk about themselves.
girls enjoyed the choices available on each page. provides preschoolers/toddlers with ability to choose, which of course they want to do very much. pictures are too tiny to do for read-a-loud.
