Confused again lol. This was all over the place, and not enough red room backstory for my liking. #HateIvan he’s literally disgusting. Also I was happy to see Matt Murdock in this one, he’s always been a character I’ve been intrigued by. I didn’t know that Matt and Nat dated in Earth 616, so I’ll have to check out their comic runs together bc that honestly sounds amazing.

Also is it weird I didn’t know Hercules was a marvel hero before this?? Like I’ve not done any deep dives in marvel comics besides a collect few of Black Widow and Winter Soldier. I just never knew marvel made Hercules a comic hero, which is interesting to me.

Anyway, I wasn’t too impressed by anything in this one either. If Matt didn’t show up, this probably would have been a 2 star. This story as a whole just doesn’t really do much for me in terms of Natasha. I’m only really reading this run for more on her backstory.

this turns out to be the story of how ivan is the big bad that inflicted the nanites to nat and everyone she was with because "i didnt want to be your father. or your guardian. or your uncle. or your friend. i wanted more than that."

oh and once again sexualising girls kissing girls as they make nat kiss bobbi to give her the cure with no reason "her pulse is normal, she should wae soon. ive injected myself with counter nanites supplied by an old friend. the kiss was the quickest way to-- well... touching her t=with my palm would have done it too. like this. but why do we wear these costumes if not for the theater?
