Well it was pretty much what I was looking for, a brief review. I do recommend it to anyone looking to either refresh highschool psychology and philosophy class or interested in any of these topics. Makes an excellent introduction of each concept and the kindle edition is FREE, although it does not include images for certain chapters.
Practical book with something for everyone and an insightful resource. A great starting point for people interested in this subject enabling further personal research in whatever catches your interest or attention. Personally, I skipped the sections that were uninteresting or too academic for my taste.
Before reading this book, I hoped it would shed more light on treatments for psychological conditions. For me, that would've been 'Practical'. I did like the overview at the end of the different personality types.
