I actually kind of adored this. I related in a way... okay by relate I mean sympathized probably but I would be devastated if my mom died. So I’ve never really been a big mc book fan because the characters are too rough and the women tend to be pushovers and that just wasn’t the case in this one! Wes and Bel were an interesting match and their story was a good one.
Twenty eight, twenty nine chapters of a deep intense yet unusual love story. This one I read differently then other stories; after 5 chapters at a time, I would stop and reflect and absorb the intensity of Wes & Isabel. There were some discrepancies and I felt there wasn't enough of Wes's character.
I received this book free for an honest review. I signed up to read this book based off the description. It's a good story. I found it a little slow in places but I'm glad I read it. Wes and Isabel are from different worlds but come together. Isabel runs a boarding house that her mother left her after she died and Wes becomes a tenant. He's a biker gang member and ex-marine and she was attending med school. Definitely worth the read.
