This book was a great reminder of lessons I have learned, and that accomplishments don't happen while sitting in a place of frustration/depression/self-pity. It even helped me to figure out the solution to a recent problem that I've been stuck on for a while. The reminder was timely for me and has inspired action moving myself toward things I am passionate about. It's a short book so if you need a quick kick in the butt, this is a good one.

If you want an expanded discussion of some of the topics, I suggest Tao of Pooh, Stumbling on Happiness, and A Return To Love. (then read this one again, it's sure to bring additional insights)

Although the concept was really good the book didn't hold my attention well and I was left feeling a little bit like there was too much repetition and the author had to work hard just to create the book. It lacked the comfortable flow.

Great book! Really makes you evaluate who you are looking at yourself and fixing those negative processes we have in our mind.

This is a book I will need to read over and over. Walking with the Blanchard’s now is such a gift. So grateful for what this book has already awakened in me!
