I'm in my happy place. This was a series that broke down barriers and lifted my spirits. There's so much hatred in our world, yes the real world. So when M.S. Parker writes about topics that can be uncomfortable, well let's just say, she nails it! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Allie has a personal connection with the deaf community. She also has a true understanding of what wealth and prestige can do for people; whether for good or bad. And Allie is biracial. Can her father accept what life has given him? Will Allie ever be welcomed into her 'other' family? Will Allie's mother support her decisions?
Jal was born into a wealthy family. He's intelligent but, unfortunately, his mother has claws. Can he be pressured into a marriage because they are suited? What does Jal want? He wants love, he wants children and he wants to feel happy. Can his family's circle of friends accept defeat? Can his ex future father-in-law learn to play by the rules?
Jal and Allie each have their own baggage and like everyone else they try to cope. There's hot, steamy sexy time and positive energy pouring out of the pages. What a beautiful ending to this series. As the series worked thru its ending, Allie started as someone who didn’t believe in herself and by book 5, she has come into her own. In this book, Allie makes sure those villains get a heap of KARMA—this would be especially the ugly step-mother and the wicked half-sister, Paisley. Then she dealt with her bio dad and the nasty things he did, which pertained to her and Jal. Allie is finally accepting her flaws and owning them and making them hers. She is standing up and standing proud which makes Jal do the same and love her more.
I have to say, there is more twists and turns in this story until the very end and it ends up being with her bio dad and family. The ending was sweet but semi heartbreaking. Jal and Allie handle it and it made me love this couple even more. What a beautiful and sweet ride with an awesome couple. Did understand Jal’s mother a tad bit more…she seemed to actually become a tad more likeable in this book comparted to the others.

All you need is love
Jal and Allie, were being tugged in many directions. Jal was being pushed to honor his commitment to Paisley, even though he did not love her...nor liked her for that matter. As Allie, was being pulled to give Jal, up or he would face the consequences. No on cared about what they wanted as long as they got their way. Jal, continued to try and convince Allie, that he would fix things, but Allie, had a few secrets to tell the world if her father didn't fix things and was ready to do what was needed as long as Jal, walked away unscathed. Will there love win out?

So glad they managed to be together after Diamond, Kendrick and Paisley did everything they could to keep Jal and Allie apart!!!

I didn't love this series, I thought the h was a reverse snob and had an annoying chip on her shoulder. I understand you don't want to end up like your Mom but it's not fair to lump all rich people together just because your experience with one sucks. The H was a little bit of a bitch that let the women in his life rule him. Allie Dodd is a 21 year old hair stylist who works at a posh salon in Philadelphia (yay ! Where I live). Her Mom was a nanny for a wealthy family and she ended up falling in love with her married employer. He was married with two daughters when he got her Mom pregnant and Allie was the result. Her Mom finally left the job and the man when Allie was 16 and married her stepfather and had her little brother, TJ. Her Mom, StepDad and little brother are all deaf and sometimes Allie feels like an outsider in her own home. Jal Lindstrom is a rich successful businessman who is being pressured by his Mother to propose to his pregnant "fuck buddy". His Mother is all about status and appearances and feels Paisley is the perfect wife for him (even if he doesn't love her). Jal needed to get a set of balls because he was a total pussy and a moron at times, his Mom told him what to do and so did Paisley. And they were both horrendous bitches for what they tried to do to him.

What an amazing ending to this fantastic series, Jal and Allie's story could not have been more perfect.
I loved Allie in the story, she came out of the gate ready to take down whoever got in her way when it comes to Jal, and that including taking a swing at her biological father. She went to tear her father down and didn't care what he took to bring him down.
The twist and turns of this book are what make it most amazing, there are moments that you are not sure what is going to happen, nor how thing are going to turn out. What you do know through this final book in the series, is that Jal and Allie will be together at the end.
MS Parker does and amaxing job when writing about sensitive subjects, she is able to convey what really happens in the world today and make us remember how we today we are all equals and should be treated the same.
Cannot wait for MS Parkers next book

I am really sad to see this series come to an end, however you will not be prepared for how this book goes at all. But then again that’s the beauty of reading M.S. Parkers books, most of the time you aren’t prepared for anything that she throws at you and that’s what makes her books so special. If you have already read the first 4 books in this series then you will probably have a feeling that they are already awesome but that this last one is where we find out all the answers that we have been searching for since the very first book. This is the book where Allie’s future and fate is decided, I won’t tell you what happens because honestly that will just ruin everything. However what I will tell you is that Allie comes to face with her father for the first time in a while but she will have to overcome a lot of thing. Seriously give this a read as you won’t be disappointed.

Lots of issues to tackle in this book, being biracial , deafness, social and financial differences and all being handled really well. Lots of secrets to uncover and life making you grow up more with hard decisions to make.
This story was a pleasure to read and the ending was another surprise too. Loved it all, the drama, sexy bits, shocks, secrets, yes all,of it.

This was an incredible ending to one fantastic series.
M.S. Parker never fails to astound me with her incredible writing skills and dazzling storylines. The Billionaire's Mistress 5 was sinfully fantastic. Allie and Jal are going through some incredibly tough times due to the influence of her biological father. I love the fact that Allie doesn't back down no matter what. Her character is one of those that is full of gumption, determination and just all around class. The love and fire between the two main characters is so dynamic and off the charts that it just keeps you glued to the story from the moment your eyes touch the page. I loved every single moment and cannot wait to see what M.S. writes for us next.

A superb ending to another great series by one of my favorite authors, M.S. Parker. Allie comes out swinging to save her man Jal in this thrilling, I can't believe that just happened, end of the story.
It is a pleasure as a reader to experience the shy quiet girl, and then to see the strength and passion that exudes from the same girl by the end of the story. Love does that to a person.

Absolutely, exquisitely fantastic!!!!!
This is my first time reading work by M S Parker and I am very well impressed. Each character was developed and intertwined nicely. The issues facing a deaf person was not made the key issue. Instead we were shown that deaf and hearing people face similar issues such as falling in love. Spelling and grammar spot on, this increased my enjoyment. Nothing more annoying than grammatical errors.
My main issue however is why this story was divided into five separate books. With my Kindle misbehaving it interrupted my flow. Apart from that, I will definitely read more books written by the author.

Sometimes people from opposite social circles clash. And sometimes love just wins out, that is when you realize you are in love and can't live without that person. Allie was afraid to put herself out there always using her hearing impaired family as a crutch. But when Jal was arrested Allie went into action doing what she didn't want to do. Confront her father Kendrick Hedges. Then somewhere along the way she realized that she had to fight for Jal because deep down she knew that he was the one for her. Love truly does work in mysterious ways.

Loved this series
I usually only write one tree review even for a series. But I couldn't not write a little something just because this series was so good. It had a great beginning to end and the chemistry was off the charts. So happy this book had a complete ending. There. Was nothing left to figure out on your own I love that the most. Most books I ready anymore leave so much out in the end and you feel cheated. That can't be said for this series. Must read awsome book.

I love this Author. I love the characters that she combines to bring us into the lives and loves of all.
Allie and Jal fought for their love but from Book 1 You just know that no matter the amount of tears and hurts and just plain bad tempered people, they were meant to be.
So get comfy, start with one and since you have all 5 books.....
You will not be disappointed.

What an amazing end for Jal and Allie! After finally being able to be together, Jal gets arrested and it's up to Allie to help him get out. When they learn on who is behind framing Jal for insider trading, it comes to no surprise. Allie confronts her father and fights to clear Jal's name by using his own medicine against him. This is the final installment on a great series.

Will her father come between them? Can she clear Jal's name? Allie knows he's not into insider trading. Can her broken family find its way back together? This was a great series! No cliffhangers....Ms. Parker does it again! A must read!

What a conclusion! How are Jal and Allie going to find their happiness? All answers are in this book. You've come this far, you will not be disappointed. I absolutely loved Jal and Allie's story. Fantastic writing! Love Alpha Jal and how he grows into himself. Love Allie's stong personality and love for those close to her.

WOW!! What a series! It was amazing! Every book was just as good as the one before! And oh my gosh, the cliffhangers at the end of each book! M.S. Parker is the QUEEN!!!

Loved jal and allie. Of all five books it was a great storyline . If you haven't already I definitely recommend you read this set . It had everything you could think of love, romance, sex end the characters pulling together to solve their problems. I didn't think it .was a bit of a Cinderella story which is a good thing not a bad thing

After many twists and turns, including scheming fiancé's and their mothers, corporate espionage and the frosty future mother in law, Book 5 brings a happy ending and bright future for Allie and Jal. What a great ending to a very entertaining series!! I loved how there was no over dramatizing things, Jal didn't put up with Paisley over & over, Allie stood up to the one who cause Jal to be arrested, it wasn't tied up with a neat little bow, there was still plenty of drama and suspense which made it real & completely entertaining. Loved this series!!!

I just happened to run across this series. I'm not an avid reader like a lot of people , so I just purchased the first book to see what it was about. Fell in love with it and purchased the second, then on the third day I purchased the 3 remaining. Just a really good series that will keep you addicted!

What a great ending to a great series! Just when Jal is arrested and accused of insider trading, Allie goes to bat for him to clear his name. You won't believe who's behind it! But Allie comes thru for him can they finally have their happy ending? You need to read to find out! M.S. Parker blew my mind once again with yet another great series! I'm looking forward to the next one!

Awesome finish to the series. Jal and Allie are met with challenges brought on by someone who should be supportive of them, yet is only thinking of themselves. Full of love, support, faith, trust, beautiful story, love Jal and Allie's story.

Fast reading, great story! Happy that it came out so close together. Loved how she incorporated the two worlds of hearing and non-hearing in such a compassionate way. Great job!

Just when Allie & Jal finally can be together and start their relationship, Jal is arrested. Allie is there for Jal and when he is released they get a phone call and Allie knows where the threat is coming from. Can Allie & Jal finally get their HEA? Really great series
