A hipster artist arrives in Muderville (AKA “Murderville”) intent on painting mean-spirited canvases of its citizens and scenery that he can sell to the neighboring Snobs of Snobunquit. One scheme leads to another until the painter is raking in cash from the superstitious islanders. Mayor Leo Scazzo can appreciate a good con when he sees one, but he soon finds he has to draw the line with the outsider artist.
