When the spirit of serial killer Junior Boyd is released, only a paranoid schizophrenic named Big Country is capable of stopping it. Taking him off all of his medications, the Avery County Sheriff's Department hopes that Big Country will soon start hearing the voices of Boyd's latest victims and stop the bloodshed.
