This cookbook is true to its name. It’s filled with healthy recipes that have all the natural ingredients that are good and traditionally Irish. If you love potatoes, then you’ll be in potato heaven with this cookbook. Notwithstanding the variety of dishes that can be made with potatoes, there are the old favorites, such as, Irish Cream Delight, Lemon and Honey Carragreen Pudding, and Irish Whiskey Cake, just to name a few. I’m going to have a good old time with this cookbook. My only question is, the White Pudding. I know Black Pudding, but not White Pudding. This will be another new addition for me to try.
