It was just a eye opening experience for me. I will revisit processing in 3 months after working on the hard part of me.

Journal for Good

This guide is valuable in numerous ways. Just the quotes alone are incredibly worthwhile and inspirational. If you are open to working on yourself--even if just a little bit, this book holds your hands (metaphorically speaking) and walks you along the path to positive change. Share it with someone you care about. Or should care about.
