My Review:
Easter is always a time for renewal and new life. A refreshed spirit, if you will. Its always good to sit down with a great devotional around this time of you and what better what to do that then with a devotional that is all about Easter. This pretty devotional is just perfect for Easter. It lasts 40 days and the author takes the sights and sounds and in most cases smells of the holiday and turns them into a devotional to help you spend time with the Savior.
It has very pretty pictures throughout that are not drawn but look like actual photographs. Along with a basis in scipture this devo will surely hit the spot this holiday season.

Devotions for Easter is a thematic devotional that has quick, applicable, anecdotal devotions for the 40 days leading up to Easter. The pages have lovely Spring artwork, Scripture verses, as well as stories and teachings that focus on the purpose of the season, the risen Savior, from stories of Easter traditions. This was a lovely addition to my quiet time.

This book has become a part of my afternoon downtime. I open its pages for a brief devotion, written in a warm, friendly voice. Then I take in the lovely photographs and illustrated prayers. Each devotion is Easter-themed and perfect for busy moms. This book will be a go-to resource in my Lenten library for years to come.

What I Loved: This is a compact devotional. It's broken up into 40 days and meant to be used in the days leading up to Easter to assist you in focusing your mind and heart on Christ during this special time of the year. I felt that it did everything it promised to do. I'm still currently working through it and have so far found it to be edifying, rebuking, and uplifting. Each lesson is a short read but I found that the author could dig deep even with small amounts of time. Aside from the heart-focusing lessons are the stunning pictures used throughout the book. It's a beauty inside and out and would make a wonderful tool for personal use as well as a gift for someone else.
Rating and Recommendation: I'm giving Devotions for Easter 5 stars and recommending it to any Christian looking for a simple devotion with deep impact or a beautiful gift.

Such lovely devotions for the Easter season. As its Christmas counterpart did, this book gives new meaning to the traditions and items used in during this time. It gives a fresh perspective on the season all the while showing how wonderful God's love is.

It is meant to be used for the forty days prior to Easter, known as Lent. Each day begins with a short Bible verse and ends with a prayer. The photographs are so beautiful and engaging, you'll want to leave this one out where company can pick it up and flip through it. The devotions are short - one to two minutes long - and would be appropriate for family gathering time or your morning 'alone' time. As the title indicates, they are all Easter-themed, and will help to re-center your spirit on the true purpose of the season...which is not bunny rabbits and colored eggs!

Devotions for Easter by Stacy Edwards is a lovely devotional book to use in the days leading up to Easter Day. Readers are introduced to the heart of the author in the beginning few pages. She shares the importance of a story and how we as children of God are called to serve one another in sharing in such a way.
There are 40 devotions. The devotions stem from life stories, a hymn, scripture, and so forth. Every devotion features a title, Bible verse, and a couple of pages to read. The stories are heartfelt, encouraging, and thought-provoking.
The pages are not only filled with words but with stunning photographs of scenes of nature, flowers, eggs, crosses, and other things we association with the season of Easter and our Lord. It's truly a delightful book to look through. It's perfect to be homed on a desk or in the center of a busy room for someone to pick up and read while visiting.
I read through a few of the devotions and have most certainly been encouraged. I love the genuine and real touches. I plan on picking this book back up closer to Easter. I most certainly do recommend it.

“Devotions for Easter” is the perfect Devotional for Lent and is also perfect for 40 days of hope and inspiration. This little book is jam-packed with prayers, scriptures and messages of God’s mercy and love for his people. This beautifully illustrated book will take you through the death and resurrection of Jesus, while renewing you faith. I highly recommend this book for your Easter Devotions. I love this little book because it helps to clear your heart and mind for time with God.

I love devotionals and this one is elegant! You will enjoy forty days of inspiring scripture reading and be renewed with vision and purpose. There are so many lovely images that will take your breath away. I can't think of a better way to enter the Easter season than diving into the pages of this book and focusing on God's love for you. Then share it with others with gift giving and placing it as a coffee table read. So many blessings inside that will take you on a deeper journey with Christ's resurrection. In addition, the perfect size book touches upon our favorites this time of year. Such as coloring eggs, hiding eggs, Easter baskets, and an Easter Parade! I love the book and I'm very pleased with the new fresh approach of His Easter story! My favorite line, "Help me live in such a way, Lord, that everything about me gives me away as one of Yours."

THIS book is something…It guides your eyes out of the thing you focus to the beauty and splendor through the amazing, picturesque pictures to remind all about the resurrection and the beauty of our lives- Jesus, the King of kings… Every day in this devotion opened my heart to really appreciate the redeeming and ultimate sacrifice of God available for each person to receive. He opened the way back to the Father God, to know and walk with the triune God today and forever…

Exactly what I was looking for
A simple but thought provoking Lent devotional. It was exactly what I was looking for. It took less than 5 minutes to read each morning, but I still felt it was worthwhile.
