• love the passion towards this older way of cooking
• inspired me to do more open-fire cooking
• wow, cooking pre-industrial revolution was such a time-consuming, expertise-requiring, and dangerous skill.

Lots of good information for cooking over an open fire. I wish it had more historical recipes in it, though.
