I bought this book when it was free (pay S&H) and I do not regret it. This helps give you a different perspective and can be a guide to becoming who you want to be. I recommend!

I’m currently going through some life stuff and thought i’d try some “self help” books. 😅😅
i started off with (what i thought would be) gold standard, Think Like a Monk.
it wasn’t bad, but i felt i didn’t get the hype. i think it’s the editing of the content, it just felt a bit like a “brain dump” to me.
BUT- i then randomly stumbled on this one while browsing at the library.
i pulled it out from the shelves. whenever a book “claims” somethint like this or has a time line (eg: in 30 days; the only finance book you will ever need, etc) i like to read it to really see if this is true- my personal cynical side 😅
well, i got through this one in just 2 days!
it’s easy to follow, engaging and the content defenitely resonanted more then the monk concept.
It uses positive paychology strategies to talk about supportint yourself become the best version of you. i haven’t heard of this concept before, but Niyc’s approach to PERMA-V makes sense to me.
I still don’t know my “why”/purpose, but it serves as a good reminder to lean into - myself!

I liked this book and the way it was set out in a 30-day format. Though I would have problems following that format on 30 consecutive days, I do like the structure and the content so am happy to dip in to each area and work on that. Though it may take me longer than 30 days. It's a good way of getting you to think differently abut your life, attitudes, feelings and thoughts and a small change can make a big difference.

I really liked this book. I listened to the audio version and will probably listen again. It is one of those books which have really good, fairly simple ideas outlined but then I forget about them as I go through my day-to-day life. I need the reminders.
