Thanks to my masters thesis, I read this book for information and contacts, but I realized it was more than just a research tool for me. It shed light on the glass ceiling everpresent for women and the roles we are subjected to in the eyes of society.

A fascinating anthropological view of women in foodservice. It's a little slow a couple of spots in the middle, but an overall good read.
