There are some gold nuggets in this book. It's a quick read and great for a team to read together and discuss how to become a higher performing team.

Very rational approach to achieving with accountability. Case studies in the book are relatable. Gladly not the conventional - Org behaviour books. Easy read. Towards the end seems repetitive but definitely worth a read. Most concepts are not new but has a fresh approach which makes it an interesting read!

This book will make you think about how you are helping or hindering accountability in your organization. Leaders often times will say one thing, and their actions align with a behavior that limits and significantly impacts engagement and results. I recommend this book for everyone!
