No amount of castration, human trafficking, cult mind control, or cannibalism can cut through the white noise field of "blah" that surrounds this book like some kind of limbo dimension that sucks in your eyeballs and suspends them in gray jelly where everything is the same forever and ever.

What's up with the ending??? I kept expecting SOMETHING but boy was I let down. The story was good for the most part, it could've used more suspense and action but I was liking where it was going till the end.
