To be honest, I thought I was getting the Adult version from the library and not the Teens version, but it ended up being a happy accident. This is a beautiful book with insights into the teenage mind on what they wish their parents had done differently, while also talking about suffering, the ego and enlightenment. It's like Eckhart Tolle lite, for teenagers. It would be great for parents to read also, to get a glimpse at what kids in their teens wished their parents had done for them.

This version of There Is Nothing Wrong with You is geared towards teenagers. She addresses the "conditioned mind," and how to overcome the tendencies that go with it.

I'm totally love with this book, it's taught my a lot about myself and I've truly learned to love myself and to accept the way I am. I've also learned how to take the hurtful words and turn them into words of inspiration. If you are interested in a self in powering book for teens please read the ASAP. You will more about the beauty of yourself.

It's repetitive, but teens who can't seem to get along with their parents could probably relate to it. I really don't want to finish reading this book. I decided that I am not going to finish this book.

Great book and every teenager should read it. More to the point, every adult should read it. Perhaps it would help minimize all the damage we do to each other.
