Irish charmer Riley O’Neill never thought he’d fall for one woman so soon after moving to America. After all, his brothers were all about love and commitment these days, and someone had to keep the ladies satisfied. However, after months of keeping Erica Underwood in the friend-zone, Riley has a decision to make—continue to enjoy variety, get back together with his ex-girlfriend in Ireland who’s wanting a second chance, or finally make his move on Erica, the one woman he can’t get out of his mind.
After a short holiday in Ireland, Riley returns to California wine country and suddenly he’s treating Erica different. Teasing glances and lingering touches indicate he’s ready to be more than friends, but Erica’s worked hard to get over her crush on Riley. She’s started seeing another man and when Riley finally declares his feelings, she’s convinced he’s only attracted to the challenge she now represents.
But Riley’s not giving up on Erica, and he sets out on a mission to prove they’re perfect for one another, in bed and out. Soon, they’re inseparable, and their passion burns wild and hot. Until a phone call from Riley’s ex Lucy threatens to destroy everything…
Will Riley and Erica crumble in the face of unexpected challenges, or will their love bring out the best in both of them and lead them to happily ever after?

This series is very sexual in nature. Who knew the Irish were such lovers. Situations that we all have probably experienced at one time or other. Fast read.
Erica and Riley were the perfect example of young love. It was a refreshing book to read. Playful, happy, but heartbreaking too. I voluntarily reviewed this book for an ARC.
Five Irish brothers come to America to learn about their mother's family and where she grew up, but they never left. They opened a bar, The Stylish Irish, in remembrance of their parents. Three of the brothers have fallen head over heels for a local girl so we get two more to read about. Riley, one of the twins, had a girlfriend for years but they weren't exactly steady. After returning to Ireland to finalize their split he comes home to realize he's got a crush on the sexy bartender at the pub. The crush is mutual, eventually things get hot and heavy and their flirty friendship turns into a steamy romance. Erica is a feisty and smart young lady, the perfect match for Riley's strong and sensitive personality. While they connect between the sheets he makes a huge effort for it to be more and easily proves he has a romantic side. The older brothers love to tease their young brother and the banter is comical, especially if you can imagine the Irish brogue. Sean is the other twin, the next one up to fall in love as he's given us hints about his current flame - his professor. Enjoy this fun and flirty series of Irish brothers separately or in order, each has a different couple but we get a few shout outs to previous couples. I was given an advanced reader copy by the author for my honest and unbiased review.
In Best of My Love (Home to Green Valley #4), Virna DePaul takes a lighter approach to the next O’Neill brother. This gave a change of pace and tone in the series which is refreshing with the major role that loss played in the third book. Riley’s story is no less amazing just more flirty and fun. It carries a tone of light heartiness that fits Riley and his approach to life to a T. Still like his brothers, Riley is honorable, trustworthy and simply hot. You couldn’t help but love him.
It is to the writing credit of Ms. DePaul that each brother’s story is a unique as the brothers are themselves. Each story makes you fall for each of the O’Neills. While the CA restaurant is a remembrance of their parents, each brother honors that memory in how he lives his life. Their parents would be so proud.
Before this series, I had read mainly Ms. DePaul’s paranormal books which I had enjoyed immensely. Now I am finding out that her contemporary romances are just as strongly written. I would purchase and read anything that has her name on it.
4.5 Stars The book was given to me by the author through N. K. Author Services/Ebooks Galore.
I enjoyed checking in with the ONeill brothers. I felt the characters were more immature than the others in prior novels in the series. I didn't feel a great connection building between Riley and Erica. We were told they knew each other well, not shown. It seemed more about sex. Then they both ran when the drama hit near the end. I felt the makeup gesture wasn't big enough and it was just quickly wrapped up. Usually Virna's books take their time with detail and description. This novel felt rushed. I will still read the next one, but if I hadn't already been committed to the series, I wouldn't have enjoyed this novel.
A tale of new beginnings, old traditions and unbreakable spirit is the road map Ms. DePaul lays out for the untraditional O’Neill family. Best of My Love is a little lighter in drama than the first three books in the series but makes up for it with a great deal of heart. Playboy, Riley O’Neill enjoys the variety of single life but his connection with good friend Erica has him questioning if bachelorhood is the life for him. Circumstances may change but the bond of friendship and family will forever remain. With a message like that Virna DePaul easily gets an A+.
