London, 2014 Jake Turner, middle-aged and world-weary; is on his way to give evidence in an Old Bailey gangland murder trial, when he gets wiped out by a Brixton-bound tube train. An indeterminate amount of time later, he comes to in a brightly lit “warehouse.” His strange new surroundings are inhabited by a diverse set of traveling shuffling and seemingly aimless husks of their former selves.
