The last thing I need is a woman to look after.
XANDER
Until Johanna.

She was at the wrong place at the wrong time, and left me aching so hard for release that once wasn't enough.

She didn't invite me in, didn't ask for my protection.

But she better wise up and understand:

Better that she's protected by a monster like me.
Than left at the mercy of savages who want to make her bleed.

JOHANNA
His chiseled, tattooed body can’t hide his ruthless ways
I didn’t ask for Xander to protect me. Not now. Not ever.

But that didn’t stop him from pinning me, taking me from one climax to the next.

He frightens me.
Excites me
And when he stares at me....

I forget that he’s a criminal, that he’s dangerous.
I forget that his hands are stained with blood.

I forget that I'm not supposed to trust him.

Xander is a full-length, standalone romance novel with steamy hot sex, NO CHEATING, strong language, a happily every after ending and NO CLIFFHANGERS. Contains dark and disturbing themes, and over the top sexiness that may be uncomfortable for some readers. Perfect for fans of Joanna Blake, Alexa Riley, Devon Hartford, Sabrina Paige, Winter Renshaw, Vanessa Waltz, Emilia Kincade and Melanie Harlow

When Xander and Johanna become unexpectedly intertwined, they fall quickly for each other while knowing they can't make together forever last - or can they?

This short and sweet novella was intense and was the perfect intro to the world of Xander. It also gave us a good sense of who Johanna is as a person, and how intense both the main characters can be. This also did a great job of basic world building and character introduction. I thoroughly enjoyed this and will likely be picking up the next book in the series!

This one didn't work for me either, as an MC book. Girl rescues boy but then instead of boy letting girl go, he keeps her claiming its for her own good and then drags her through all his personal drama.

All over the place

I have read many Mc Books and I must say this book was all over the place. The spelling and grammar errors were bad. I usually give all books a chance bust this one was one I could not finish.
