Jerry’s Passion was the sixth book in the Insurgents MC by Chiah Wilder. The books can be read as stand-alones.
I have taken a break from formal reviews for a while, but a couple quick thoughts: Foremost, I enjoyed the suspenseful theme. It kept the pages turning quickly. As to Jerry and Kylie, I liked them but I didn’t love them. I think I just wanted more from both of them - maybe a deeper dive. I did enjoy the secondary characters from Kylie’s college, even though they weren’t primary but they were fun and likable complimentary characters to the storyline. All in all, it was a quick and entertaining read.

Oh my goodness where to start? I loved this book, I thought it was great and it is my favorite in the series. Kylie grows in this book, as from the last book where she was a bit of a brat. She is in her first year in college. She is smart and has an attitude in a good way. Her mind is her own, and she sticks up for herself. She knows what she wants and she wants Jerry. Plain and simple. Things aren’t always that easy.
Jerry wants Kylie as well, but he knows that he shouldn’t. He feels he isnt good enough for her. Her father agrees. She has been warned to stay away from club men especially Jerry. She brings out a side of Jerry that you wouldn’t think is there. He is soft with her, as to where he is hard and rough around the edges with other women, and women are there for one reason only. He also has Banger to deal with as that is Kylie’s father and his president in the Insurgents MC. Jerry and Kylie have it bad for each other. The flirting is great and done on the down low. He texts her, and calls her. Then nothing. She can put him in his place like no other. She sees him when out with friends. Then, finally they kiss after her getting completely drunk with friends. Then BAM he feels guilty about it. He feels he is betraying his Brotherhood. She is off limits. He wants her then he doesn’t, then he wants her again. He makes little trips to see her and lies about it to Kylie saying he there to see somes friends. So there are some mixed signals. Then a series of things happen and Banger has her trailed. He has to report back to the president. I did not know who the bad guy was until it was revealed and why. What does the president find out? Read about Jerry and Kylie to see where it goes and if Kylie can tame Jerry after all.

Been waiting for this book since book 1, lol and I was not disappointed ❤. Definitely had more of a New Adult feel as compared to the other books in the series. But storyline was solid with the usual action, twists and turns you expect from Chia Wilder.

Jerry’s focuses his time on the club and women, trying to keep Kylie out of his thoughts. Kylie’s dad, Banger has made it pretty clear that she is to stay away from all the men in the club, including Jerry, but she can’t deny the attraction she feels for the sexy biker. While these two are trying to deny their sexual attraction for each other, they don’t seem to notice there’s a person watching Kylie’s every move looking for revenge. Will Jerry keep the danger that lurks behind Kylie’s back? Can Kylie and Jerry keep their relationship a secret??
This book had me on the edge of my seat, and I love every minute of it!! I’m a huge fan of this series, and I think so far this one is by far my favorite!! I’m never disappointed with Chiah, she knows how to deliver one sexy, suspenseful book!!

What I liked about Jerry was he was loyal to the club, he understood loyalty. But he just couldn't stay away from the prez daughter regardless if she was forbidden fruit. Kylie had a crush that turned into much more. Kylie goes thru the ups and downs of that plus being with someone that her father doesn't approve of. Add to that a stalker, and you've got an intriguing read.

I have to say that author Chiah Wilder and her Insurgents MC series has probably become one of my go-to series. I'm always waiting for the next book and am always excited when I see the next one. I will admit I wasn't as excited about Jerry and Kylie's book. But I'm really glad I got a chance to read it. Jerry and Kylie's book turned out so much better than I thought.
I loved Kylie in this book. Though I will say I thought she was a bit of a brat in her dad Banger's book. Though I understood why she was that way, considering it had been just her and her dad for several years. Also I'm sure it isn't easy being the daughter of the president of an MC. In this book despite being Banger's daughter, we get to be the strong young independent woman she is. And she is definitely Banger's daughter with her attitude!!!!
Jerry, Jerry, oh Jerry..... Even though we have see Jerry in the other books in this series, we really don't know much about him. Even though he knows it's a really bad idea to get involved with Kylie, he just can't help himself. I have to say my heart broke for Jerry with his family situation. Though I have to say there we were a few times during the book where Jerry's attitude got the best of him and I just wanted to shake him.
As I said at the beginning of this review I wasn't as excited about this book as I am the others. But I am really truely glad I had the chance to read it. Because it turned out so much better than I thought it would. It hooks you right from the beginning and keeps you guessing who the stalker is. This book has everything going for it, there's inside drama and outside drama, there's action, there's suspense, there's family drama, there's some heartbreaking moments, and the scenes between Jerry and Kylie are Hot.
I'm giving this book 4.5 Stars out of 5 and can't wait for Torch's book!!!!

Kylie McDaniels is the beautiful, innocent daughter of the Insurgents MC President, Banger. She was raised in the outlaw biker world, but been shielded from the darkest side, as her father wanted her to have a life outside of it. Kylie rarely goes against her overprotective father, but she's had a thing for Jerry since she was younger, and her strong feelings override his wishes. Jerry is a member of the MC, who has no plans to ever settle down with one woman. He has a connection with Kylie, but stayed away from her because she was too young. Now that she's all grown up, he finds he can't get her out of his head, so the off limits line has become blurry. While they battle their attraction to no avail, someone is watching Kylie closely. As the danger gets closer, will Jerry be able to keep her safe?
The series has been absolutely EPIC, and each book hits new levels of exciting, with Jerry's Passion being no exception. The character development is fantastic, with a highly entertaining cast of Insurgents secondaries. OMG (fans self) the simmering chemistry completely ignites into fiery flames of sexy scene goodness that will leave panties in piles of ashes, and of course, the bikers make for well placed humor to make me laugh hard! Chiah Wilder's brilliant writing style has made her a master of diabolical twists and turns that keep me guessing, while screaming OMG all over the place with a couple of f-bombs thrown in for good measure. The series has been absolutely EPIC, and each book hits new levels of exciting, with Jerry's Passion being no exception. The character development is fantastic, with a highly entertaining cast of Insurgents secondaries. OMG (fans self) the simmering chemistry completely ignites into fiery flames of sexy scene goodness that will leave panties in piles of ashes, and of course, the bikers make for well placed humor to make me laugh hard! Chiah Wilder's brilliant writing style has made her a master of diabolical twists and turns that keep me guessing, while screaming OMG all over the place with a couple of f-bombs thrown in for good measure. I think may be my new favorite of the series! Kylie is in her first year in college and is not only smart but strong as well. She knows what she wants and she wants Jerry. If only things were that simple! While Jerry wants Kylie as well he doesn't think he good enough on top of her father warning her to stay away from club members. The thing is that with Kylie, Jerry is different. He has softness for her that others don't get to see.
I loved how sweet the flirting was in this book! It was so great considering Jerry is a rough and hard biker. His guilt made me want to slap the tar out of him but there is so much going on and you just know that these two are going to explode at some point. I didn't even figure out who the stalker nut was or why until it was revealed which is saying a lot. Many times I have it figured out way before then or at least an inkling of who it could be. Once again Chiah Wilder has given us a set of characters are that simply stunning and wonderful. I can't wait to find out what is in store next for the guys!

Jerry is so attracted to Kylie and she feels the same for him, but the problem with all that is she's the Banger's daughter. He tries very hard to resist her, but can't for too long. He makes trips to see her at school and they end up sharing some pretty steamy moments. And damn the man can naughty talk. Kylie hates the back and forth that Jerry puts her through and ends up with her very own creepy stalker. She calls her dad and the MC comes to her rescue. I so enjoyed their story and can't wait to read more of the series.

This series just keeps getting better and better.
I loved the story of forbidden love between Jerry and Kylie.
Yes it was dark in some places but it all added to the story

Book number six. Jerry and Kylie. This so far is my favorite in the whole series. I felt Jerry and Kylie had a more plausible relationship being that they had been around each other for many years. I felt the chemistry between the two. I liked Jerry, I didn't think I would, he surprised me. At first I thought Kylie was spoiled, but she grew on me. I loved that once Jerry was with Kylie he saw no other women. He only had eyes for her. The club girls took a back seat in this book and I liked that. We were again taken out of the clubhouse for a lot of the book, again a big plus. It showed a side to the other bikers I had not seen, I liked them better. Jerry loved Kylie and it showed. I found a level of maturity in Jerry I didn't see in the other guys in the previous book.
The reason for only three stars, it just seemed like everything was anti-climatic. For instance, the first time they were together sexually, it was just a blurb, should have been so much more since she was a virgin. The rescue of Kylie from her stalker, the build up was great, then nothing, it was almost like it didn't happen.
Overall, I liked this one. Jerry and Kylie are my favorite couple, because the relationship is the most believable. I felt they loved each other. On to the next book, will there be a MFC who stands up to the bikers, we will see.

Kylie is Banger's daughter, the president of the Insergents. She has liked Jerry since she was young but now she is at college. Jerry has liked Kylie but stayed away from her out of respect for his brother and president but when he goes to see her at college he doesn't like the guy that is hanging around her so he intervines and then he makes Kylie his. While there Jerry is keeping an eye on his sister and mother in the next town and a threat that is threatning the Insergents. What Jerry finds out is Kyile is being stalked and his sister is having an unhealthy relationship.
There is some turns and twists in this book that was surprising but, what I liked more about this book is how Kyile and Jerry's relationship develps. They have both liked each other for a long time but Jerry knows he has to be careful because of who kylie is. How Kylie changes from Bangers daughter to old lady being Jerry's. I like this book and you do need to read the rest of the books to get their relationship because it's all there in little bits.

Another winner! Jerry's watched Kylie mature from a lovely teen to a young woman. He's had eyes for her since the day he first saw her but knew her dad Banger (Banger's Ride) would kill him just for looking at her, let alone touching her. Kylie's had her young eyes on Jerry as well. She loves her dad but she will have Jerry. And Kylie has just enough of Banger in her to keep him from thinking he can beat his chest at her without her thumping him back. There is the requisite villain as well, but does this damsel need her knight to save her?

Jerry and Kylie have a sizzling connection from page 1, so hot and urgent that I was pulled into the book and didn't emerge until the last page. Nothing and no one was going to stand between them. I love that Jerry was willing to give up everything to be with Kylie. He wanted what was best for Kylie and that involved a lot of sacrifice on both of their parts.

I love forbidden romances as in you and me against the world. Jerry (H) was a manwhore coz he knows he shouldn't think about Kylie (h) if he wants to stay alive and be in the mc. But the heart wants what the heart wants! I liked that even though Jerry was a manwhore, he stopped being intimate with other women after he saw Kylie again.

I wondered if Banger would Kill Jerry for being with his daughter!! But no... Wow.. Was a lot of death in this storyline. But I guess it all made the storyline the way it was supposed to be. Can't wait to see what happens next in the storyline. I recommend all in the series.

5 stars for this exciting & outstanding story of Kylie & Jerry.
Violence, club drama, disturbingly good characters, mass betrayal, revenge with an evil twist. The author gives you a dark suspense thriller with twists & turns & just when you think you've figured it out? BAM! Surprise!

Jerry's love
This book is one of my favorites so far. I wish it had a little to the ending it feels like it's missing something but is is a book I ask you to read. It's one book I will probably read again it the months to come. Hope to read more about Jerry and the prez daughter in the books to come.

Loved this book but once again, the end disappoints. The detail in the build up was so well done, I was on the edge of my seat for most of the book but as I've come to expect from Chiah Wilder books, the ending has so many loose ends, I had to go back a few pages to see if I'd missed something. This is the reason it loses a star for me.

Poorly written, very poorly. I think it would be a good story, if written well. The girl has like 3 stalkers. One is the MMC. Another one is violent on multiple occasions, and she says “ if he does it again, I call my dad.“ I hate it when MFCs do this. It’s already bad, freaking call your dad! 🙄

I enjoyed reading Kylie and Jerry's story but I felt like it had to many things going on. Marcus could have been left out...maybe. Not sure. But as always I am headed back th the clubhouse to see what's going on! Maybe Banger has called church.

There was so much angst and worry in this book that I wasn’t able to put it down because I just needed to know what was going to happen next. I loved that the two main characters, after all these years, got the happy ending they fought so hard for.
