I have read her previous books fit for life and this one too and I can tell you this way of eating works. I never have to take pharmaceuticals or antacids, the way you combine your food aids in your digestion and you will feel so much better. For me this was life changing and I didn't need my asthma meds anymore lost my excess weight and felt wonderful.
