The cautions are the best part

This is more like an invitation to learn more than an actual book. It gives a hint of a feel for what to do once you buy some raw materials. It offers free training at the author’s website, but I'm not interested enough to check it out.

I think Cronin could have spent a bit more time with this guide. It also would've helped if he didn't misspell norepinephrine as "noepiniephrine." But nonetheless, it's a very brief introduction to the world of nootropics. I myself am already very familiar with this topic and didn't really find much use from this little booklet.

Helpful Book

Very informative book for someone who has never made nootropics before. Tells where to get supplies and how to stack the nootropic substances.

It's simple recipe with no real meat of information.

Nothing to add. The title tells it all if you want to reread it. Not something to buy or follow

Clear, Concise, Hopefully More of These Shorts to Come

Informative, simplistic, easy on the eyes, and I can't help but feel more aware and knowledgeable after reading. Great works, not sure the name for these but it reminds me of pamphlets. Can't wait to learn more on other subjects from Cronin.

Very Helpful

I was not aware that there is a whole category on this subject. I was looking for a solution to my fatigue. This book opened my eyes to the possibility of fashioning something natural to help me. I am excited about sharing this recipe with my son who has been diagnosed with ADHD. I appreciate the author's website and sharing of other recipes as well!
