There is a lot of information on how different foodstuffs affect your body, and how to deal with this, which means eradicating certain foods. I have two dislikes in that although it says no recipe has more than 10 ingredients that's about 4-7 more than I like! And the other is that they take longer than 30mins which is the recommended time it is supposed to cook, says my reliable friend who used to have these boxes.
That said I haven't actually cooked any of them yet, I have bookmarked a few I would like to try but on looking at the ingredient lists I think I'm going to find it expensive and I may have some leftover products which won't keep that long. Plus for all the talk about plant based foods this book is surprisingly top heavy with meat recipes, so if you're a vegetarian this may not be the book for you.
