I am a police officer who also aspires to be a best-selling author one day. Also, I thought maybe if I gave fans a peak at old blog posts, they could really get to see how I think. I don't know if that is a good thing or not, but hey - it's worth a shot. The main thing you need to know about me is that I am a Christian, I am conservative, and I am a pretty opinionated yet laid back kind of guy. I thrive on hearing or seeing a good story, and I have decided to give my own storytelling a try in the world of fiction. I am a family man, with a beautiful wife, and a freaky-intelligent son. I also have three dogs, Toby and Cooper, and our former foster dog who we just had to adopt - Daddy's girl - Layla.
Tracking Game: The Hunters. Book one by Jason Fort
Action filled, suspense driven – two phrases that describe this book. I started reading Tracking game, and couldn’t put it down. Scene after scene drew me deeper into the story, a story that could someday be front-page news. (But, I hope not.)
John Knox and Malik, both exciting characters, made the read more colorful. They were main characters in Jason’s other books. (The Knox Mission Trio Book Set) I enjoyed getting to know them better.
I like books that affect me emotionally, and this book did just that. It gave me a greater appreciation for the freedoms I enjoy, and for America that God has given us. With that said, the writing is on the wall and now written in The Tracking Game.
I look forward with anticipation to the next book. Jason is a gifted writer with his hands on the pulse of this country. I hope he’s wrong, but I fear he’s right.
