To know Al-Quran we must know the life of our Prophet (peace be upon him). To know our Prophet (peace be upon him), we must need to know the lives of his (peace be upon him) companions (may Allah be pleased be on them).
This book is not an detailed depiction on the lives of our Prophets' (peace be upon him) compaions but a short look on them, which is more than good enough to increase our faith. Better approach is to read the story of one companion in one day.
