The Leadership Journey
A handful of great leaders were born with something inate that made them inspirational and amazing. The rest of us? We have to struggle and learn through our failures. Perhaps we're able to learn from mentors along the way. This book is designed to help you figure out what you want to be as a leader, and how to help yourself inspire and motivate awesome, highly effective teams.
This book is a gathering of content from blogpost and ideas I've had over the years. It started out as my Leadership 101 series on my blog at FrazzledDad.com and has since evolved into something bigger. There's a mind map of topics I'm covering, plus a (hopefully!) clear set of Goals elaborated in the chapter of the same name.
Both the mind map and Goals are included in the sample book, so have a look and see if you think this is worth your while!
The book will continue to expand with practical ideas, plus I'm lining up a number of practical exercises to help you distill and focus your own leadership style.
