My name is Nicolajayne Taylor. Friends call me Enjay as a nickname. I was born in the Ribble Valley in Lancashire in 1981 and grew up on the Merseyside coast in Southport. I later moved to Blackburn when my mother became ill and needed a carer, I also turned my hand back to writing as it has always been a favourite hobby of mine. My mother died at the beginning of 2014 and she always wanted me to be a writer. I am honouring her dreams for me and have become a full time writer.

I enjoyed this short story immensely, I was hooked from the first few pages, I was not expecting a short story to grip me the way that The Fallen Ones did.
It was a really great read, there is mystery, sex, murder and dare I say it love. I found that everything was tied up in a nice little bow at the end, but I hope that this may be a prequel to something more (just my little wish), I want more of Hanna and Nicholas.

Just finished reading the Fallen Ones....is there more? Omg.....I so needed more. This book was above exciting and intriguing. Wow!! That's all I can say. I can not and will not give any spoilers out. What I do know is left me hanging. Hoping that there will be more coming soon. Hopefully knowing if there is more would be great.
But this book was a very good read. Thanks Enjay!!!

Short, sexy and it contains a mystery! What a powerful combination for a short story. I was completely engrossed in this story and I was astounded when I finished it as it seemed too quick. I think this may be my favourite read by this author so far! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!
