Ashley Hunt gained her Philosophy degree in Denver, Colorado at The University of Colorado.
She made Denver her permanent home when she married her college sweetheart. Married six years the couple has a five-year-old daughter and a yellow Labrador named Oodles.
Living in the shadow of Gray's Peak proves to be inspirational to Ashley as she sits at her desk in her home office where she writes her Romance stories and can merely look out the window to renew her creativity.
She strives to make stories with beautiful scenery and intriguing plots. Heroes with great strengths, physical and mental, she pairs with strong heroines who test their limits. In the end, finding deep, passionate love. The way she thinks every relationship should be.
While this book is a nice story all by itself, I've yet to experience the romance that was promise at the beginning of the book. I received more description than romance. Even at the end of this book, readers are not even sure what's happening between the hero and the heroin. If there is a part 2, then definitely th are not meant to be read-a-lones.
The rating I based it, in the book being an introduction to different intriguing characters and books. That's why it has taking me long to finish. Mid story found myself reading rest in other volume. That's for the Alien Cube series which is a novel set up in different books. Second part of the story is in Alien Hunter. «You won't regret it». The writer has set an idea and turned it into a whole captivating world. I understand why the high rating even if only half a story. I read this as part of a monthly challenge. I suggest purchasing Alien Hunter (2nd Part) and Alien Rescue (3rd Part). Which, now I need to switch again. Maybe my rating is based on how the book series are set up. Again, most unique characters and stories. Main problem I encountered was the cliffhangers were mid story only. Annoying at times. Once finished, you might end up following the writer like in my case. I enjoyed the way it was written; didn't have to look up fancy words, and the ones created by writer are all included in glossary. Alien Cube series hooked me in this intriguing world the writer created.
Uberreader’s review of Alien Warrior (Alien Cube Book 1) by Ashley L. Hunt July 3, 2016 by Heather Danielle I only received the first thirteen chapters but I was mesmerized and completed it in no time at all. This book seems to be by all indications so far to be an amazing read. I would have enjoyed reading the whole book, but what I have read as of this review was intriguing. This is a fast paced and exciting book, everything suggests that this book will continue to be a great read. I received this book from Ms. Hunt for free as an e-ARC in exchange of an honest and unbiased review.
Ashley Hunt must have an amazing imagination as her books are not only well written but interesting reads. This book is about Jasish/Jay who has been asleep for a hundred years. Eladia a chronicler is on mission to old earth when she come upon Jay who after awakening has amnesia. I received this book free in exchange for an honest review.
Earth. A past that has others cataloging it, exploring the different parts of the planet. Fighting for your own life wasn't in the agenda. Neither was meeting another human. Real enjoyable book. A little short but also left a cliffhanger ending that will keep you begging for more. Overall the story was good and had action, love interest, danger and adventure.
this was a good read. I enjoyed the two main characters but i will say that i absolutely adore the "robot" that Eladia has. Not to mention the quirky Zan ..the sparks that fly even if only one sided (well kind of) is fun to watch.
I was entranced from the beginning of this story. The relationship between the characters keeps you on your toes. To realize that your differences does not mean love can't be found. Things maybe be difficult but I'm N the end love over comes.
