This little book is a compilation of some of my writings over the past 30 years. Most of them came to me during meditations but others were just simple truths that became obvious to me as I navigated life's pathways. Thoughts From the Inside is meant to be read softly aloud to your self or to others. Take time to reflect on the meaning of each thought and feel yourself begin to grow in inner strength. With every breath you take, you are brand new.
Beth Johnson is a native Texan and graduate of the University of Houston. She has practiced meditation since 1980 and began teaching her own technique called Inner Vision Meditation in 1994. She is the author of two other books on meditation. First You Sigh tells how Beth came to meditation as a way of life, and presents an easy to follow guide for the beginner; Thoughts From the Inside is a selection of poignant thoughts influenced by years of mediation practice. In her new book, Coming to Your Senses, she shares the awe-inspiring gifts of Inner Vision Meditation.
Beth and her husband own a ranch near Sisterdale in the Texas Hill Country. She raises horses; runs a Bed, Breakfast and Barn; teaches meditation and shares the insights she has learned from her Inner Vision meditation. Her passion is the Silent Place Temple. She built it to overlook the horse arena and all guests are invited to go inside to spend some valuable quiet time.
