I read this in Deception: Tales of Intrigue and Lies by Roald Dahl. As a casual classical music listener, I really enjoyed the story. I find some lines are naturally funny, I giggled a lot just like the salesman did. Anyway, I honestly didn't expect the ending about the lady to come. But I think it's better than what I'd expected the ending would have been.

I thought it was well written as always. Especially the main character, Mr Botibol, who is a very sad depressing character. This one was slightly different in the sense that there was no dark tension or twist at the end. But still very enjoyable. The way he writes hooks you in

I really liked how this story started, but I didn't get the ending of it. Of what the meaning was of this story. There was no twist like the other Roald Dahl stories.
