Another exceptional book

The story was full of adventure and excitement. I never know what to expect out of the Jack Noble stories. I'm looking forward to reading more of the series.

Their old boss telling Jack you messed up
For him and Bear to fix the problem
Trouble was it was one problem after another
Figuring their boss was pulling the strings.
Tracking their every move, and being tailed.
3/4 of the book was great, then Bear left
The killings of all the people involved
Seemed rush, questions unanswered
Jack is going into hiding, he is a wanted man
Good series.

The past always comes back to haunt Jack. In this story, Bear also must rejoin his long time friend and work partner to right what did not work out in the past. But wait, who is who? What is going on? Things are not as they appear throughout this story. Some of the main character results are not fully satisfying, in fact are given an short shrift which detracted from my overall enjoyment of a good action filled storyline that kept the reader guessing what was ultimately going to happen.

Deadline picks right up from where the last installment ended. I do have to admit, though, that I enjoyed Deadline more than #10 as it brought back characters from earlier installments instead of Jack fending for himself. Now in this story, is there a doublecross? Is Jack being set-up? Who hired all these killers to snuff out Jack and Bear? Jack doesn't trust Frank, yet he took on this clandestine mission for him. Is Frank on the up and up?

I was somewhat confused about the twins during the story and the real identity of the woman Jack supposedly killd 10 years ago. Was she a body double? Who arranged that? The body in the morgue was supposed to be one of the twins, but, again, it was another look alike. Both twins are alive but was who?

Mission complete, Jack and Bear split up at the end. Are they destined to not see one another again? What's been bothering Bear? During the final battle, Jack slipped up and allowed himself to be filmed on camera and now the whole world knows what he did and what he looks like. With hired killers and the CIA on the lookout, Jack will have a difficult time hiding this time.

Still, many questions are left unanswered, and I'm forced to wait for book #12 to be released so that I can finally see how it all ends. One thing for certain, Jack is a cold-blooded killer!

10 years ago, Frank sent Jack and Bear out on an ops and they screwed up. They assassinated the wrong person. Now he wants them to clean up their mess and do it right. SIS no longer exists and Skinner has moved up the totem poll. Could he be setting them up to be the targets? The thought keeps coming up. When they get captured and split up it becomes even more tense. They need to be kept alive to take the fall. Has Frank sold them out? How else could they have been so easily caught? Timeline wise, this is the latest book in the series. Hopefully #12 will be here real soon!

Deadline

This episode of Jack Noble kind of scared me. I really didn't know if him and Bear would make it out of their situations unscathed. Fighting enemies both unknown and known made it even harder for Jack's trust issues. Poor guy has had so much carp dumped on him for no good reason and he pays the price with loneliness and despair. This was a sad book to read. But was full of Jack and Bear action like usual.

Deadline. L.T. Ryan

Jack Noble and his partner and best friend Bear are government assassin's. A contract they fulfilled in the past has come back to haunt them. They killed the wrong person. Bad information, not their fault. Problem is the only people they care about and love are being held as sacrifices if they do not fulfill the contract. This is a highly suspenseful mega thriller full of action, deceit, suspense...to the very last page. I highly recommend!

This was an excellent story . Jack finally gets Frank from up his butt. Unfortunately now he has to stay on the run. Jack made a wise decision to let Sean raise Mia. Once or if he ever gets his name clear he can check in later. Sorry to hear about Bears situation. Maybe that he is clear of Frank him and Sasha can settle down and raise Mandy. 10 stars ➕!!!! Thanks, Carl Clause

As always a great book

I really like reading this series. With the exception of one book in the series all the books were great. I think I have one more book to read. I hope Ryan continues to write more unless something happens in the End Game I don't know about. I shall find out starting tomorrow.

Blown assignment?

In this adventure Jack and Bear supposedly killed the wrong sister years ago. They are blackmailed by Frank to assimilate the original target. This winds up with multiple people blackmailing them for different targets to save their families. An action packed thriller.

Some real surprises in this episode! Brandon's super secret intel cave is breached, raided & destroyed & Brandon is left for dead! Bear is hospitalized with a chronic medical condition. The love-hate relationship between Jack Noble & Frank Skinner come to a head. Is retirement possible for Bear and/or Jack? Doesn't seem so. Good episode & it comes very close to being a "page-turner"!

What are the odds

Jack has made a life out of beating the odds of death...never far away and always in mind. One more mission from Frank to correct a case of mistaken identity from many years ago. He needs Bear to help and they set off to once again beat the odds... The odds it turns out are less than 50%.

Good

I found this to be an enjoyable read, one that saw the standard of storytelling across the series maintained. Some strands of multi book plots were brought to a close while others were left open and awaiting resolution the final instalment

So exciting, lots of twists and turns.

Bear and Jack reunite for one last job much to their disappointment. Trust issues are a major concern but they have each others back as always.

"As Usual, An Awesome Thriller"

Here's another winner in the Jack Noble series, book 11. Noble and Bear are entangled in a spider web of twists and turns to make your head throb with excitement. No other books captivate me as much as L.T. Ryan's novels. Highly recommend.

Reading the whole series

Great characters. Good twists. Lots of action. Each book leaves you wanting to find out what happens next. Jason Bourne blended with a Baldacci investigator. Not PG for violence. Enjoy!

Jack at His Best

We all love Jack Noble and his buddy, Riley Logan aka Bear. This is no different. The two take on all things evil. Seriously, if you know these two are involved—back away. Loved the book! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Immortal Noble?

This guy never stops, unlike whoever edits the manuscripts. Much as I enjoy killing time while Jack kills every second person he meets, the spelling and geographical errors break my reading flow. Otherwise it is another solid bloodbath with plenty of excitement.

Always perfection.

Once again Mr Ryan continued his story of Jack and Bear to where you could not put the book down until you finished it. Page after riveting page of perfect storytelling.

Ryan has done a good job on his Noble series. I enjoy stories involving assassins even at 71! I call this genre my guilty pleasure books which until now I’ve never admitted I like much less read. Ryan’s character development is very good and the book is well written.

Couldn't put it down. Each book in this series gets better.

Jack and associates are trying to protect their own. The agencies they work for need watching as well as the criminal elements. When family members are taken it takes everything up a notch. Game gets even deadlier.

Quite a twisty tale

Jack and Bear get dragged back into a situation that had happened ten years previously. Things become very complicated - friends and foes become blurred. It can be difficult to know who are the good guys and who are the bad guys.
