An ideal addition to any history lesson as this book contained lots of interesting facts about my home province of Nova Scotia. I have to admit, I was never a fan of history as I just couldn't connect to facts and dates, I craved the people more.
Sawler incorporated the people, places and things so smoothly that I was entranced and left wanting to do my own research on some of the one hundred topics. Facts about all points of the province written in a way that catches the readers attention.
This book is sure to include some things you didn't know and aspects of the province everyone you know will find interesting. Which is your favourite?
