Katsuaki Nakamura (中村克明), pen name Katsu Aki (克・亜樹), is a Japanese manga artist best known for his works The Vision of Escaflowne, Futari Ecchi, and Psychic Academy. Mangaka Mine Yoshizaki is one of Aki's former assistants.

Another solid volume. OMG the tragic fate of Escalina!!! Really like the old skool BESM art - I know it's 90's but it just feels so 80's retro! I also like the story which is a nice fusion of mechs and high fantasy - think Bastard!! meets Evangelion. Some lovely character development on Dilandeau. Not bad.

Le tome le plus intéressant jusqu’à présent. On a certes toujours un héros insupportable mais à côté des péripéties passionnantes qui font avancer l’histoire. On a de très bonnes scènes d’actions et du suspense.

Je reconnais que le manga met plus en avant le personnage de Hitomi, lui donnant plus d’importance, mais pour l’instant je reste perplexe de certains passages la concernant. J’attends de voir la suite pour cerner ce que veut en faire le mangaka pour elle.

Bref, c’était sympa et je retrouve enfin l’intérêt pour cette série.

A good story that contains plenty of action and a moral about forgiveness; if only there had been much less profanity.
