Alexis has had one heck of a bad day. When she begs her assistant to help her escape on a short vacation, she finds herself whisked away by the very sexy pilot Captain Warren. There’s so much more to be imagined in this story, but it’s steamy, fun and a nice light read.

Red is the third standalone short story in the Close Contact series.

I really enjoyed these characters and the quick story. Alexis has had a hard day and is in need of a break. She gets one when she sees her new pilot. Captain Warren is ready to help Alexis take a break. I loved their interactions together on the plane. It's nice, hot, and explicit! Mile High Club for sure. I thought the story was well done for what it's meant to be. I enjoyed it as a quick break. I wasn't looking for a complex story, just something that I could sit down and enjoy in a short period of time. This definitely did that.

Much needed distractions to take your mind from the sad realities of work...

Her mind is distracted from work and sadness when she steps on to a private flight. Alexis will experience her momentary distraction while in flight. An intense, hot and sexy encounter for this beautiful, intelligent Neurosurgeon...

I had to laugh a little at this scenario - If this happened in real life with no pilot at the helm of his plane. I’d probably freak out, wondering who was flying the plane... and would we land safely?

Steamy encounter with a stranger 😍

Alexis is a famous neurosurgeon, who loses a patient during a surgery. Instead of going to a convention like she’s supposed to, she directs the pilot to take her somewhere beautiful and fun. Luckily Captain Warren has some ideas on how to help her unwind and relax❣️

In need of an escape...

Alexis is a surgeon having a bad day/week and in need of an escape. As her pilot, Warren definitely provides that escape. Gotta love the mile-high club....
