Really excellent (and brief) manual on organizing and administrating a local congregation! It provides worksheets for financial planning and walks the reader through the process of conducting a property inventory, obtaining the correct forms of insurance and seeking appropriate legal protection. Really useful book for today's highly litigious administrative world.

Simple, but good nuts and bolts stuff for a local congregation. Great for new and early career pastors to read.
