A fun read.

Includes some supposedly historical potions which I find enjoyable to learn about. Includes some modern teas, potions, oils that you can put to use. Includes some poems and spells. Includes correspondences for oils. An all around good read.

I’ll probably use a couple of teas, herbal baths, perfumes, and salad dressings. But some include herbs that I can’t get from the grocery store. I’m a convenience kind of gal, and I’m a little timid to forage much other than wintergreen and blueberries. Though, I have found a great app, and have started exploring nearby woods. I am not much for spells and poems though. It feels silly.

This book was ok. Nothing really jumped out at me as I read it. There are some good recipes in it.
