A simple, easy to understand text explaining the concept of gravity. These Blastoff Readers are always beautifully illustrated with colorful photos that provide further understanding of the subject matter. Also included are fun fact boxes that explains interesting points about the affect of gravity on living things and objects. Good for grades K-3.

This was a level [4] reader, so it had a little more information.

It did a good job of explaining gravity in a way that children could understand it.

Gravity provides a simple and easy beginner text to help learn about what Gravity is and how it works. I would use this book to conduct a science experiment. Children would conduct an experiment to see which objects fall faster. Then I would challenge the students to work in pair to talk about why they think that the certain objects fall faster or slower.
